The highlights below showcase my decade-long journey with KatMandu Designs, where I took on multiple roles as designer, creator, owner, and operator. Throughout the years, I handled everything from product design and production to marketing, social media, and sales. My work extended across e-commerce, B2B, and B2C sales, connecting with customers locally and internationally.
Before relocating to Colorado, I researched the art districts in Denver and surrounding towns and reached out to a dozen shops to pitch my company. I mailed a branded box containing my prospect letter, samples of my leather work, marketing materials, and contact information. Of the 12 prospects, six became partners throughout my two-year residency in Colorado.
